We are undergoing a strategic technical transformation from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA and are looking for a Senior SAP S/4HANA and SAP BTP Integration Senior Consultant to drive the integration of SAP S/4HANA with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and other critical systems. This position is a Technical Consultant role, where the consultant will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex integrations using SAP BTP Integration Suite, ensuring seamless data flow between SAP S/4HANA, third-party applications, and other enterprise systems.The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP Integration Suite, SAP Process Orchestration, and cloud-based integration technologies, along with hands-on experience in designing and managing integration solutions for large-scale enterprise systems.Key Job Responsibilities:1. SAP S/4HANA and SAP BTP Integration
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of integration solutions between SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP Integration Suite, and third-party applications/systems.
  • Architect integration solutions that ensure high availability, scalability, and reliability using SAP BTP Integration Suite (including SAP Cloud Integration, SAP Process Orchestration, and API Management).
  • Implement and manage data exchange mechanisms for business processes such as finance, procurement, logistics, and HR.
  • Leverage SAP Integration Suite components like SAP Cloud Integration, SAP API Management, SAP Open Connectors, and SAP Data Intelligence.
  • Develop and implement API-first integration strategies.
2. Integration Design and Architecture
  • Lead the end-to-end design of integration architecture, including technical designs and best practices.
  • Architect real-time, batch, and hybrid integrations aligned with business needs.
  • Integrate SAP S/4HANA with both cloud and on-premise systems.
  • Ensure data consistency and transformation using SAP Data Intelligence.
3. Cloud and Hybrid Integration
  • Manage integration with cloud-based applications using SAP BTP and cloud-native technologies.
  • Design and implement hybrid cloud integration strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with cloud architecture standards and seamless integration with third-party cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure).
4. API Management and Security
  • Oversee SAP API Management configuration and monitoring.
  • Design and implement secure data exchange protocols.
  • Manage API lifecycle, including versioning and governance.
  • Apply best practices for API security using OAuth, SAML, and OpenID Connect.
5. Process Automation and Orchestration
  • Lead business process automation using SAP Process Orchestration, SAP Workflow, and SAP Intelligent RPA.
  • Integrate SAP S/4HANA with automation platforms.
  • Automate critical workflows for consistency and efficiency.
6. Performance Monitoring & Troubleshooting
  • Monitor integration performance and resolve bottlenecks.
  • Use SAP Solution Manager and other tools for health checks.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues promptly.
7. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management
  • Collaborate with business analysts, functional teams, and technical teams.
  • Translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Ensure integrated processes meet end-user and stakeholder requirements.
8. Documentation and Knowledge Sharing
  • Document integration solutions, including designs, flows, and security models.
  • Maintain a knowledge base for best practices and troubleshooting.
  • Provide training and knowledge transfer to internal teams.
9. Continuous Improvement
  • Drive continuous improvement in integration processes.
  • Evaluate and adopt new tools and technologies.
  • Stay current with SAP BTP and integration advancements.
10. Governance and Compliance
  • Ensure integration solutions comply with governance and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with security and compliance teams to meet legal and regulatory requirements.
