Join us.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a talented and innovative Engineer - Electrical Design to join our team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing electrical systems for various projects, ensuring compliance with local and international standards while delivering innovative and efficient solutions.Responsibilities:

Develop and review electrical system designs, including power distribution, lighting, and control systems
Create detailed design calculations, drawings, and specifications using industry-standard software tools
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical systems with other engineering disciplines
Ensure compliance with relevant electrical codes, standards, and regulations, including local UAE requirements
Perform quality control reviews of design calculations and drawings
Develop construction cost estimates and technical effort estimates for projects
Participate in interdisciplinary reviews of project deliverables
Contribute to the development of engineering budgets and schedules to meet project requirements
Provide technical input to studies and designs within your area of expertise
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in electrical engineering
Mentor junior engineers and technicians in electrical design principles and best practices

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
Professional Engineering (PE) license in Electrical Engineering
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in electrical system design with experience on residential & hospitality projects.
Proficiency in electrical design software such as AutoCAD Electrical, ETAP, or similar tools
Familiarity with local electrical codes and regulations in Abu Dhabi and the UAE
Experience in developing and reviewing technical specifications and construction documents
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional
