To support the project team to deliver successful events. To manage the freelance database of staff and to constantly look for new business opportunities.Key responsibilities:
- Investigate new business contacts
- Create new business interactions
- Maintain and develop professional relationships with clients and suppliers
- Attend client and supplier meetings
- Prepare proposals
- Prepare project quotes
- Raise purchase orders
- Support on definition of project plans and event delivery strategy
- Support on project progress and deadlines
- Source suppliers and negotiate terms and rate
- Support on successful delivery of projects
- Prepare / support on post event reports
- Book travel and tickets for clients / suppliers for events
- Manage freelance database of staff
