- Oversee and manage the execution of approved master plans across DP World UAE zones, ensuring long-term alignment with operational and strategic goals
- Maintain and update zoning layouts, plot allocations, and land-use designations to reflect business needs and regulatory requirements
- Evaluate design concepts and site modification requests for compliance with Design Control Regulations (DCR) and planning standards
- Provide expert planning guidance to internal departments such as Commercial, Sales, and Asset Management, as well as external authorities
- Develop and enforce planning policies and procedures to ensure consistent implementation and fast-track approvals
- Maintain accurate spatial data and records through Oracle and GIS platforms for informed decision-making and operational coordination
- Prepare master plan amendments and land-use proposals in support of commercial initiatives and sales targets
- Track the status of planning applications, approvals, and changes, providing regular reporting to senior leadership
- Serve as the primary contact for all master planning-related discussions with authorities and stakeholders
- Uphold traceability, compliance, and strategic oversight through documentation, audits, and reporting
- Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
- Proven expertise in master planning, zoning regulations, land development, and urban design standards
- Strong knowledge of UAE authority regulations and sustainability planning requirements
- Proficient in interpreting technical drawings, reviewing site layouts, and assessing infrastructure data
- Advanced proficiency in Oracle, GIS, and spatial planning databases
- Skilled in project management, quality control, and regulatory compliance
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional coordination skills
- Ability to manage high-volume zoning data and maintain real-time planning accuracy
