- Develop designs, calculations, sketches, diagrams, and project models under the guidance of experienced engineers.
- Apply design and technical knowledge to produce high-quality outputs within project timelines.
- Assist in maintaining project budgets and schedules under supervision.
- Collect and analyze information from discipline-specific and interdisciplinary project BIM models.
- Utilize computer software to solve fundamental engineering problems.
- Collaborate with engineers from other disciplines to ensure design continuity.
- Participate in design progress and coordination meetings.
- Ensure the quality of BIM/CAD model production by reviewing for accuracy.
- Actively seek information, contribute to problem-solving, and drive efficiencies and effectiveness in project delivery.
- Apply theoretical knowledge to solve atypical engineering challenges.

- Candidates must be recent 2024 or 2025 graduates to be eligible for AECOM's Graduate Program.
- Successful applicants must have achieved a minimum GPA of 2.8 (or equivalent) and above.
