Behind the scenes, our Building Management System (BMS) ensures that every detail—from climate control to energy efficiency—is maintained to the highest standards. As a BMS Technician, you will play a vital role in monitoring and maintaining the hotel’s automated systems to support seamless operations and guest comfort.What will I be doing?
As BMS Technician, you will:Monitor, operate, and maintain the hotel’s Building Management System to ensure efficient performance of HVAC, lighting, fire safety, and other automated systems.Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on BMS equipment, sensors, and controls.Diagnose and troubleshoot system alarms, faults, and performance issues.Collaborate with the Engineering team to ensure integration of BMS with electrical, mechanical, and safety systems.Support energy-saving initiatives by optimizing system performance and monitoring consumption data.Maintain accurate logs, reports, and documentation of BMS operations and incidents.Assist in the installation, calibration, and commissioning of new system components.Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations at all times.Provide technical support to other departments as required.Perform additional tasks as assigned to support smooth hotel operations.What are we looking for?
The ideal candidate will have:Previous experience as a BMS Technician, preferably within luxury hospitality or large facilities.Strong technical knowledge of BMS systems, controls, and automation technologies.Familiarity with HVAC, electrical, and fire protection systems.Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.Ability to read and interpret system schematics and technical manuals.Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.Flexibility to work shifts and respond to urgent issues.A collaborative, team-focused approach.Why join LXR?
