Position OverviewAs a Butler at Jumeirah Dar Al Masyaf, you will be responsible for managing VIP guest arrival, providing tailored in-room and lifestyle services, and ensuring seamless coordination across departments. This position demands a strong service ethic, excellent communication skills, and an understanding of high-end hospitality protocols.What You'll Do

Welcome and escort guests upon arrival, manage luggage delivery, and provide in-room orientation and setup
Anticipate guest needs by proactively arranging amenities, dining preferences, and special experiences
Manage daily butler service for assigned villas including F&B service, turndown coordination, and wake-up routines
Support check-in and check-out processes, handle payments and registration with accuracy and professionalism
Use Opera, HotSoS, and internal systems to log requests, manage room preferences, and ensure service delivery
Resolve guest issues with discretion, escalating only when necessary and ensuring timely recovery solutions

Ideal Profile

One to two years of experience in a butler, guest relations, or F&B role within a luxury 5-star property
Fluency in English; additional languages such as Russian or other European languages are preferred
Skilled in Microsoft Office, Opera PMS (Cloud), HotSoS, and Sevenrooms
Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and service coordination abilities
Professional grooming, cultural sensitivity, and discretion in handling VIP clientele
