Shift Timings Details:Day Shift: 6 AM to 3PMMid Shift: 11 AM to 8 PMEvening Shift: 2 PM to 11 PMJOB SUMMARYThe Member Experience Executive is responsible for delivering a welcoming and professional front-of-house experience while playing a key role in driving revenue through the proactive sale of memberships, class packages, and private sessions.This position supports the day-to-day operations of a massive sports and wellness hub with a high-end member base, ensuring seamless client service and premium guest experiences. The representative is expected to consistently embody luxury service standards, providing every guest with a personalized and high-quality experience.The ideal candidate is highly sales-driven, goal-oriented, and passionate about health and wellness, with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong commitment to achieving and exceeding sales targets. Arabic speakers are preferred for this role.CANDIDATE PROFILE

2+ years in sales or customer service (fitness/wellness/hospitality industry preferred).
Computer literate (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, admin systems).
Excellent communication and sales skills.
Knowledge of sports or wellness concepts a plus.
Familiarity with booking systems.
Strong written and spoken English.
Arabic Speaking is a plus
Good interpersonal skills, able to engage with diverse backgrounds.
Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
Flexibility with shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Well presented with clear speech, physically active, energetic.
