- Deliver a range of spa services including massages, facials, body treatments, waxing, manicures, and pedicures in line with established standards
- Prepare treatment rooms before and after each session, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene at all times
- Conduct consultations with guests to assess their needs and recommend suitable treatments
- Maintain strong product knowledge and advise guests on spa products and their benefits
- Promote retail items and spa services to enhance the guest experience and meet revenue goals
- Keep accurate records of treatments performed and products used
- Adhere strictly to hygiene and sanitation protocols to ensure guest safety and comfort
- Ensure all spa equipment is maintained in proper working order and report any issues promptly
- Collaborate with fellow spa team members to deliver seamless guest experiences
- Attend regular training sessions to stay updated on new spa techniques, products, and industry trends
- Certification or diploma in massage therapy, spa therapy, or related field
- Previous experience as a spa therapist or wellness practitioner in a hotel or resort environment preferred
- Strong understanding of various massage modalities and body treatments
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional, presentable, and attentive to guest needs
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Team-oriented with a commitment to continuous learning and development
