  • Assist the Bartender in opening and closing the bar
  • Restock liquor, beer, mixers, garnishes, ice, and all bar essentials
  • Maintain inventory of tools including stirrers, shakers, strainers, and glassware
  • Keep the bar clean and organized by wiping surfaces, mopping, and managing waste
  • Ensure the bar setup is complete at the start and end of each shift
  • Support a seamless guest experience in alignment with QE2\'s heritage and luxury standards
Candidate Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Barback or Barman in a high-volume hospitality venue
  • Familiarity with bar inventory and hygiene procedures
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus
  • Hospitality or cruise ship background is preferred
  • Physically fit, with attention to cleanliness and teamwork
