Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a leading building materials company in Abu Dhabi, looking to hire a Store Keeper to manage day-to-day store operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring timely stock movement, and supporting seamless warehouse functions with a high level of accountability and energy.Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock audits.- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies.- Issue materials as per approved requisitions and maintain proper documentation.- Organize and maintain the store layout for efficient item location and access.- Monitor stock levels and initiate reorders to avoid shortages or overstocking.- Update records in inventory management systems and generate required reports.- Coordinate with procurement, accounts, and operations teams for smooth workflows.- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and cleanliness standards in the storage area.Requirements- Proven experience in a store-keeping or inventory control role, preferably in the building materials industry.- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.- Strong organizational and time-management skills.- Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset.- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.- High sense of accountability, integrity, and energy in managing responsibilities.- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
