- Development of data collection processes and data management systems
- Designing of queries, compiling of data, and generation of reports in SQL
- Charting and graphing of data for reporting purposes
- Developing dashboard (Amazon Quicksight) to support business decision making and dive deep activities
- Develop automation solution for analysis (python)
- Prepare and publish reports for business reviews (Weekly Business Review, Quarterly Business Review, Project Updates)
- Supporting leadership team how to interpret data trends as needed
- In depth research of defect trends
- Data collection and entry as needed
- Present analysis in easily digestible standard reports
- Support to ICQA & Learning Team Projects
- UAE National with a family book
- 3+ years experience in data warehousing with demonstrated expertise in ETL processes and data modeling
- Strong command of SQL (including complex joins, stored procedures, and query optimization)
- Proven experience with at least one major BI platform (prefer QuickSight) including dashboard creation and maintenance
- Proficiency in Python, particularly with data analysis libraries (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn)
- Experience automating data collection and reporting processes
- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS)
- Proficiency in statistical analysis and A/B testing methodologies
- Experience with machine learning frameworks and predictive modeling
- Knowledge of data visualization best practices and storytelling with data
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools
- Certification in relevant technologies (AWS)
