Petroleum Engineer

• Conduct reservoir engineering studies to determine the economic feasibility of oil and gas reserves.
• Develop and implement reservoir management strategies to maximize production rates and optimize recovery.
• Design well completions and production facilities, including the selection of artificial lift methods and production equipment.
• Analyze well performance data and implement production enhancement techniques.
• Collaborate with drilling engineers to develop well plans and evaluate drilling and completion operations.
• Perform reservoir simulations to predict reservoir performance and optimize field development plans.
• Ensure compliance with company, industry, and regulatory standards and guidelines.

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Petroleum Engineer in the oil and gas industry.
• Strong knowledge of reservoir engineering principles, including well testing, decline curve analysis, and fluid flow behavior.
• Proficiency in reservoir simulation software, such as Eclipse or Petrel.
• Familiarity with completion and production engineering techniques and methodologies.
• Solid understanding of drilling and completion operations.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
• Willingness to travel to field locations as required.
