We are seeking a highly motivated Fertilizer Trader to join a dynamic and growing international agricultural trading firm. This role offers the opportunity to manage and expand a global portfolio, working across physical and derivative markets in key fertilizer products. The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge, a proven track record in trading, and an extensive industry network.Key Responsibilities:

Originate, develop, and execute physical and derivative fertilizer trades across global markets.
Manage and expand relationships with producers, distributors, and end-users across key regions.
Monitor market trends, pricing, and supply/demand dynamics to identify trading opportunities.
Work closely with logistics, risk, and finance teams to ensure efficient trade execution and risk management.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with counterparties.
Maintain P&L responsibility, ensuring profitability and strategic market positioning.
