- Welcome candidates and employees, ensuring professional and supportive HR interactions.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, training sessions, and HR events.
- Maintain growing knowledge of HR policies and respond to basic employee queries.
- Support wellness programs, recognition initiatives, and internal communications.
- Handle administrative tasks, including record-keeping, HR reports, and system updates.
- Maintain confidentiality and deliver service excellence across all HR functions.
- Currently a hospitality or business student, or a recent graduate.
- Previous internship experience in a 5-star hotel or luxury environment preferred.
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Available to start in August with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
