Senior Procurement Officer

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or Engineering.
• Professional certification preferred (e.g., CIPS, PMP, CSCP, or equivalent).
• Minimum years of experience in procurement, preferably within construction and landscaping sectors.
• At least 5 years in a senior procurement or purchasing officer role in the UAE.
• Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems: Preferably SAP and or Oracle Fusion
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
• Knowledge of construction and landscaping materials, equipment, and market vendors.
• Strong commercial awareness and cost-control mindset.
