- Lead the development of design concepts, tender responses, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Support the tendering team with technical input and bid preparation.
- Actively participate in business development and project sourcing initiatives.
- Review and coordinate architectural documentation including presentations, drawings, and renderings.
- Oversee technical and design activities, guiding drafting and quantity surveying teams.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders including clients and suppliers.
- Attend client meetings, obtain submittal approvals, and manage project communications.
- Provide continuous market intelligence and assess project feasibility.
- Inspire and lead teams by setting high standards and delivering results under pressure.
- Foster open communication across teams and stakeholders.
- Lead by example with integrity and high performance.
- Ensure compliance with HSE, HR, and company-wide legal and regulatory standards.
- Masters Degree in Architecture.
- Minimum 10 years experience in architectural design and project delivery.
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Rhino.
- Familiarity with BIM workflows and methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of architectural principles, technical detailing, and building technologies.
- Charismatic communicator with excellent English (verbal & written).
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and team management skills.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
