Key Responsibilities:Handle incoming housekeeping calls and requests from guests and colleagues.Log, coordinate, and dispatch tasks to housekeeping team members efficiently.Ensure timely follow-up and completion of guest requests.Maintain accurate records of all housekeeping activities.Support the Housekeeping team in delivering flawless service standards.Previous experience in a 5-star hotel or luxury environment preferred.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook and Opera.Positive attitude and passion for guest service.
