- Manage engineering, preparation, and execution for large-scale EPC projects
- Prepare and submit engineering designs, method statements, and procedures as per client requirements
- Deliver As-built drawings and contract data packages
- Attend design reviews and implement follow-up actions
- Coordinate engineering and design needs with project management and trades
- Advise on technical issues including clash checks and best engineering practices
- Liaise with clients, classification societies, and third parties on engineering matters
- Monitor progress of engineering deliverables and optimize field coordination
- Maintain document registers, engineering schedules, manpower histograms, and progress charts
- Issue engineering status updates for weekly and monthly reports
- Track critical client engineering documents to avoid construction delays
- Support engineering components of bidding and tender activities
- BSc in Mechanical, Civil, or Chemical Engineering from a recognized university
- Minimum 10 years of experience in an EPC-focused engineering company
- Strong background in marine or offshore construction and new technologies
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, and AutoCAD
- Familiar with international codes, project specifications, risk and change management
- Experienced in project planning, cost control, and interface coordination
- Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking abilities
- Trained in safety and occupational health standards
