- Oversee and manage daily operations and delivery of service to customers daily.
- Manage and negotiate contract renewals (portfolio size 49 contracts).
- Monitor and manage commercial performance of all contracts ensuring contracts are performing in line with budgeted Revenue, Gross and Net profit.
- Manage existing relationships to identify and drive additional growth across the business.
- Oversee monthly client billing cycle ensuring accuracy of invoices and completion within agreed SLAs.
- Establish and maintain strong partnerships with clients, understanding their requirements, and providing innovative solutions to meet their staffing needs.
- Analyze market data, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify opportunities for service enhancements, process improvements and business expansion.
- Collaborate effectively with operational and support business units across the business to ensure optimum service delivery for customers.
- Foster an environment where the team feel empowered to identify inefficiencies and actively participate in improvement initiatives.
- Utilize data analytics to identify bottlenecks, error-prone areas, and time-consuming steps within processes.
- Equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to implement new processes effectively. Offer ongoing support and regular training to address any challenges or questions.
- Integrate process improvement into regular workflows and performance reviews to ensure it remains an ongoing priority.
- Lead and develop process improvement, cost avoidance, hard savings projects, and initiatives across the BU, guiding and supporting the team at all levels.
- Work with leadership to define the company's innovation goals and translate them into a clear and actionable innovation strategy.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in the manpower service provider, or similar sector.
- Strong understanding of the manpower/logistics/retail industry, including current trends, regulations, and best practices.
- Strategic thinking and business acumen to identify growth opportunities, develop and implement effective business plans, and contribute to the company's profitability.
- Strong understanding of financial metrics such as profit and loss (P&L) statements and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and make data-driven decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred)
- Experience in managing teams.
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Good understanding of UAE Labor law.
