- Prospect, qualify, and manage sales pipeline using Salesforce
- Build consultative relationships with key decision-makers
- Work cross-functionally to develop tailored customer solutions
- Adapt sales strategies based on industry trends and analytics
- Provide accurate forecasting, reporting, and team management in Salesforce
- Collaborate with marketing on targeted campaigns and enablement
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
- 7+ years senior sales experience in, Building, construction, MEP services, Facility Management, BIM services, sustainability services ect
- Proven record of working in same field with similar “TIC” Testing, Inspection and Certification Companies.
- Extensive Local experience of UAE Market understanding market drives, strong access to Local and International Companies to grasp market share.
- Engineering background would be preferrable.
- Extensive industry knowledge and track record of complex sales
- Proficient in Salesforce CRM configuration and usage
- Strong communication, technical, and relationship-building skills
