Responsibilities:Manage Online/Onsite Delegate, Abstract & Hotel Management.Managing daily queries related to registration, payment, support, visa or document sendingCreating & sending communication to all registered participants for updates.Assist Team Leader / Manager for Onsite delivery.Learning & development of Onsite/Hardware setup with assisting onsite staffProcessing of Payment, reports to clients with Pre& Post reconciliation Required SkillsMinimum 2 years’ experience in Event Industry.Experience in a Convention and Exhibition Centre in a similar role is preferred. Minimum experience of 1 year in handling onsite registration and other event technologies. Working knowledge in using computer in MS Office ( MS Word, Excel, registration platforms etc.)Working knowledge of interacting with participants for guiding and assisting them for onsite registration.Filling participants details in the system to register them or handling the scanning device onsite.
