- Ensure compliance with project quality standards, specifications, and client requirements during the engineering phase.
- Review and approve E&I engineering deliverables, drawings, datasheets, and technical documentation in accordance with project specifications and ADNOC standards.
- Develop, review, and implement quality plans, ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans), and quality procedures for E&I deliverables and vendor packages.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and vendor teams to ensure quality requirements are integrated into vendor procurement packages.
- Conduct vendor document reviews, inspections, and FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) activities for electrical and instrumentation equipment.
- Interface with client representatives, third-party inspectors, and vendors to resolve quality-related issues.
- Monitor and manage NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), corrective actions, and preventive actions throughout the engineering and procurement phases.
- Support internal and external audits in compliance with ADNOC quality requirements.
- Prepare quality-related reports, status updates, and KPI performance summaries for management and clients.
- Bachelors Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a QA/QC Engineer Electrical & Instrumentation in onshore oil and gas projects.
- Strong background in Engineering Phase: FEED, Detailed Engineering, and Detailed Design.
- Mandatory ADNOC project experience with thorough knowledge of ADNOC specifications and standards.
- Hands-on experience with vendor procurement packages including review, inspection, and FAT.
- Strong understanding of IEC, IEEE, ISA, and other relevant international E&I standards.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
