About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Institutional Business Development Manager to lead the expansion of our institutional client base. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the forex industry, proven experience in acquiring and managing high-value institutional relationships (including brokerages, hedge funds, asset managers, prop firms, and fintech platforms), and the ability to drive strategic growth initiatives globally.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, target, and onboard new institutional clients across global marketsDevelop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow institutional revenueBuild strong relationships with hedge funds, asset managers, liquidity providers, introducing brokers (IBs), and proprietary trading firmsNegotiate commercial agreements and tailor pricing structures based on client potential and volumeCoordinate with compliance, dealing, marketing, and legal teams to ensure efficient onboarding and relationship managementRepresent the company at international expos, financial summits, and networking eventsMonitor market trends, competitors, and regulatory changes to refine the institutional growth strategyPrepare regular pipeline, performance, and market intelligence reports for senior managementContribute to product development by gathering feedback from key partnersWhat We OfferCompetitive base salary + performance-based commissionsOpportunity to work with a globally licensed broker and award-winning brandFull support from marketing, compliance, and back-office teamsCareer progression in a fast-growing financial groupParticipation in international financial events and exposFlexible work model (Hybrid/Remote options depending on region)RequirementsMinimum 5 years’ experience in institutional sales or business development within the Forex/CFD industryStrong network of institutional clients across MENA, Europe, Asia, or LATAMExcellent knowledge of trading platforms (MT4, MT5, cTrader), liquidity aggregation, APIs, and FIX protocolExperience with B2B negotiations, pricing, and onboarding institutional partnersProven ability to close high-value deals and manage long-term relationshipsUnderstanding of global regulatory environments (ESMA, FCA, CySEC, DFSA, FSA Seychelles, etc.)Fluent in English; additional languages (Arabic, Spanish, Chinese, Russian) are a plusEntrepreneurial mindset, target-oriented, with the ability to work independently and lead new initiatives
