Job Type: Full-timeCore Duties
  • Execute scheduled preventive, predictive, and proactive maintenance tasks on plant equipment in compliance with ADNOC procedures and international standards.
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment with minimal supervision, including rotating and static machinery.
  • Provide technical feedback in SAP notifications, log time entries, and report maintenance activities through established channels.
  • Support major and minor shutdown repairs, commissioning, and pre-commissioning activities.
  • Respond to emergencies, shutdowns, and operational upsets, including participating in the on-call system.
  • Conduct functional testing, new installations, modifications, and condition monitoring to ensure equipment reliability.
  • Operate, repair, and test lifting equipment as per recognized standards.
  • Propose improvements to enhance HSE practices, reliability, and maintenance programs.
Workshop and Spare Parts
  • Operate and maintain the mechanical workshop, ensuring tools and equipment are properly serviced and calibrated.
  • Identify and request spare parts using manufacturer's drawings and parts lists.
  • Maintain workplace housekeeping and comply with all HSE and fire safety requirements.
  • Coordinate with supervisors, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of maintenance jobs.
Ideal Profile
  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
  • 5-7 years' hands-on experience in the maintenance, installation, and repair of oil and gas or petrochemical plant equipment.
  • Strong knowledge of HSE practices and field maintenance safety standards.
  • Skilled in troubleshooting using engineering drawings, manuals, and maintenance documentation.
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with SAP for maintenance reporting.
  • Effective communication and technical report writing skills in English.
  • Ability to work under pressure, independently, and within multidisciplinary teams.
