- Partner with executives to align workforce upskilling with business needs
- Develop mentorships and leadership development frameworks
- Advise leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and performance management
- Use people analytics to anticipate and address workforce challenges
- Build initiatives to support employee engagement and retention
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Business, Engineering, Psychology, IT, or related fields welcome)
- Completion of National Service (for UAE males, if applicable)
