- Represent the companies interests across all assigned projects, managing delivery from inception to closeout.
- Ensure brand, operational, quality, and financial objectives are consistently achieved.
- Maintain structured reporting, approvals, and communication to keep senior management engaged.
- Chair and participate in internal/external meetings, driving accountability and follow-up on agreed actions.
- Conduct feasibility studies for new developments and refurbishments.
- Review Property Improvement Plans (PIPs), prepare refurbishment strategies, and assess ROI.
- Develop budgets, programmes, business cases, and dashboards for senior management approval.
- Define project scope and deliverables with design teams and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with brand, technical, operational, and commercial standards.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary inputs and manage design reviews and approvals.
- Support procurement strategies in line with governance requirements.
- Manage tender processes, evaluate submissions, and prepare recommendations.
- Coordinate procurement of client-direct items (OS&E, FF&E) to meet project timelines.
- Oversee contractors’ performance, ensuring compliance with programme, quality, and HSE standards.
- Collaborate with hotel operations to minimise guest disruption during refurbishments.
- Manage risks, cost variations, and procurement schedules, escalating critical issues as needed.
- Lead testing, commissioning, and operational readiness.
- Oversee snagging/de-snagging to ensure quality completion.
- Ensure timely delivery of as-built drawings, warranties, and O&M manuals.
- Finalise accounts, resolve claims, and capture lessons learned for future projects.
- Experience: 10+ years in project management within hospitality, real estate, or mixed-use developments.
- Background: Strong knowledge of refurbishment, and new development projects.
- Skills: Excellent stakeholder management, programme delivery, commercial awareness, and reporting capabilities.
- Qualifications: Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or related field. Professional accreditation (PMP, RICS, MRICS, or equivalent) is a plus.
