The person should have a good understanding of a business requirement and the ability to quickly get to the root cause of a particular reporting/BI/data issue, and draft solutions for resolution.
The ideal candidate would be high on attention to detail, bias for action and interest in analytics/BI/automation.Key job responsibilities
a) Own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc. to drive key business decisions. Ensure data accuracy by validating data for new and resources.
b) Work closely with stakeholders (internal/external) to understand and automate/enhance existing processes
c) Should be able to come up with innovative ideas for new work or to improve existing work
d) Should be open to learn and develop skillsets in the latest technologies and analytical techniques
e) Should understand how data/analytical frameworks and their work translate to business on groundBASIC QUALIFICATIONS1. Bachelor's degree required. BE is preferred
2. Experience working in a similar role (at least 1year)
3. Exposure to Excel and SQL
4. Deadline driven, team player with strong customer focus.
5. Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills
6. Excellent written and oral communication skillsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS1. Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, and QuickSight.
2.
