Bachelor’s degree is required; advanced certifications in L&D or HR are a plus
Proven experience in strategic planning and execution of employee development programs Proficiency in L&D platforms and tools is a plus.
Learning Management Systems (LMS): Moodle and Cornerstone E-Learning Authoring Required Tools:
Adobe Captiva Assessment & feedback tools: Kahoot Mentimeter and SurveyMonkey.
Data analysis and reporting tools: Excel, Poser BI
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement learning and development strategies aligned with the organization’s goals
Conduct training needs analysis and recommend appropriate learning solutions Develop and manage training programs, workshops, and e-learning platforms
Evaluate training effectiveness and provide performance improvement recommendations
Collaborate with department heads and HR to address capability gaps
Ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulatory frameworks related to L&D Track learning metrics and prepare regular reports for senior leadership
