Azizi Developments is seeking a talented FF&E Designer to join its in-house Design 360 Studio, working on high-end hospitality projects from the Al Hudaiba Awards office in Dubai. The role focuses on furniture, fixtures, and equipment design, supporting luxury hotel, residential, retail, and F and B developments while maintaining the brand's high standards for innovation, quality, and functionality.Key Responsibilities

Develop FF&E proposals that align with project design direction, brand standards, and budget requirements.
Prepare design presentations from concept through detailed specifications for furniture, fixtures, materials, and equipment.
Maintain and update the FF&E library, researching and tracking industry trends.
Support the team with sketches, material boards, GA drawings, RCPs, sections, elevations, and details under senior supervision.
Work on both new concept designs and design rollouts for 4-star and 5-star hospitality projects.
Coordinate closely with procurement teams, external suppliers, and manufacturers to ensure timely and quality delivery.
Demonstrate knowledge of specifications, documentation, budgets, and compliance with regional design codes.
Collaborate across sectors, including residential and retail, as workload requires.
Manage FF&E selections and specifications with precision and attention to detail.
Utilize advanced design tools such as SketchUp, InDesign, Photoshop, and working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD.

Candidate Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
Minimum 3 years' experience in interior design with a focus on FF&E.
Proven track record working on 4-star and 5-star hospitality projects.
Strong proficiency in Revit BIM, SketchUp, InDesign, and Photoshop.
In-depth understanding of FF&E brands, materials, color palettes, and budget management.
Excellent organizational, communication, and collaborative skills.
