Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls efficiently.
Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and inviting.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and messages.
Maintain appointment schedules and coordinate with staff for meetings.
Assist with administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and document management.
Provide information about the organization and direct visitors to the appropriate departments.
Ensure security protocols are followed, including visitor logs.
Support other administrative tasks as required.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle stressful situations professionally.
Friendly demeanor with a customer-service orientation.
