- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support decision-making
- Oversee daily finance operations including accounting, reporting, and treasury
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain compliance with DFSA and other cross-border regulatory requirements
- Identify and mitigate financial risks through robust internal controls
- Manage capital structure, liquidity, and investor reporting across jurisdictions
- Support regulatory filings in DIFC, Cayman, Luxembourg, and Saudi Arabia
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering collaboration and performance
- Provide financial insights for strategic initiatives including M&A and partnerships
- Collaborate with IT to enhance finance systems and operational efficiency
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues proactively
- Minimum 10 years' experience in finance roles within investment management or financial services
- Proven track record overseeing finance operations, reporting, and treasury in a regulated environment
- Mandatory: Strong working knowledge of DFSA regulations and DIFC reporting requirements
- Preferred: Prior experience working within a Category 3C DFSA-regulated firm
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-border regulatory filings (e.g. Cayman, Luxembourg, Saudi Arabia)
- Skilled in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Experience managing capital structure, liquidity, and investor reporting
- Strong understanding of financial controls, risk management, and audit processes
- Leadership experience in building and mentoring high-performing finance teams
- Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and contributing to strategic growth initiatives
- Tech-savvy, with exposure to finance system upgrades or automation projects
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across internal and external audiences
