MAIN OBJECTIVE OF ROLE: To manage daily pricing activities for assigned markets, aiming to maximize network revenue by applying effective Revenue Management (RM) strategies and working closely with other RM streams such as Inventory and Demand, and relevant stakeholders. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Conducts comprehensive competitive market analysis to identify and interpret passenger demand patterns and booking trends, supporting the formulation and execution of effective pricing strategies for designated markets.
  • Performs competitive benchmarking across all sales channels to broaden distribution reach and maximize exposure for all flydubai fare brands.
  • Continuously monitors fare structures within the Revenue Management system to optimize the network, making adjustments through appropriate influence channels as needed.
  • Maintains ongoing communication with sales and marketing teams to gather market intelligence, understand evolving market dynamics, and develop specialized pricing products aimed at increasing market share.
  • Ensures all fare filings comply with established regulatory and corporate standards, coordinating efficiently with Pricing Distribution teams to guarantee timely submissions.
  • Tracks and analyzes fare program performance metrics, regularly reporting insights and updates to Regional RM Leads and Sales teams.
  • Monitors key Revenue Management KPIs such as Revenue per Available Seat Kilometre (RASK), yield, load factors at the network level, as well as average fares, booking volumes, and market shares at Point of Sale-Origin Destination (POS-OD) levels.
  • Collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, including RM streams, commercial, sales, airport operations, and network planning, to ensure alignment of pricing strategies with broader business objectives and market responsiveness.
  • Leverages in-house exception reporting tools and multiple data sources, including Power BI and MicroStrategy, for daily analytics and agile pricing decision-making.
  • Develops and tests dynamic pricing rules and promotional fare structures to respond to changing market conditions and competitor actions, optimizing revenue opportunities.
  • Supports pricing input and validation during the launch of new routes and seasonal schedules, ensuring competitive yet profitable fare levels.
  • Assesses the impact of external factors such as fuel price fluctuations, economic trends, and regulatory changes on pricing strategy and provides actionable recommendations.
  • Leads post-campaign pricing analysis and reporting to evaluate the effectiveness of fare promotions and discount strategies, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Conducts comprehensive competitive market analysis to identify and interpret passenger demand patterns and booking trends, supporting the formulation and execution of effective pricing strategies for designated markets.
  • Performs competitive benchmarking across all sales channels to broaden distribution reach and maximize exposure for all FZ fare brands.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's Degree (3+ years)
  • Bachelor's degree in aviation management, mathematics, economics, or business management preferred.
  • Fluent in English
  • Minimum 3 years experience in working with an airline Revenue Management & Pricing System.
  • Years with qualifications: 3 - 5 years

ISR Requirements: Reads and complies with the ISR policies of the Company and diligently reports any weakness or incidents to the respective Line Manager or the Information Security team. Completes all required ISR awareness sessions and follows associated guidelines in the day-to-day business operations.
