Site Safety Manager

• Bachelor s degree in Occupational Safety, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Valid OSHA 30-Hour or 500-Hour Construction Safety Certification.
• Proven experience as a Safety Officer or Safety Manager in construction or industrial environments.
• In-depth knowledge of OSHA regulations, safety standards, and hazard management.
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to conduct safety training and foster a safety-first culture.
• Certification such as CSP (Certified Safety Professional) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and risk assessment skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies.
• Good organizational and documentation skills.
• Leadership and team management skills.
