The Registered Nurse (RN) at our Stem Cell Clinic is a key member of the clinical team, responsible for delivering high-quality, compassionate nursing care to patients undergoing stem cell and regenerative therapies. This role involves patient assessments, procedure support, post-treatment monitoring, and strict adherence to clinical protocols and safety standards.Key Responsibilities:
- Assist physicians during stem cell and regenerative therapy procedures.
- Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, medical equipment, and supplies.
- Conduct pre-treatment assessments including vital signs, medical history, and obtaining informed consent.
- Monitor patient status during and after procedures, ensuring safety and comfort.
- Administer medications, IV therapies, and injections under physician direction.
- Educate patients on treatment plans, post-procedure care, and recovery expectations.
- Accurately document patient information and maintain detailed medical records.
- Uphold infection control, clinical protocols, and safety guidelines.
- Manage medical and pharmaceutical inventory in coordination with clinic staff.
- Collaborate with lab personnel for specimen collection, preparation, and transport as needed.
- Active and valid RN license in [Insert Country/Region].
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.
- 2–3 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in outpatient or specialty care.
- BLS and ACLS certifications (required or as per local regulations).
- Experience with stem cell or regenerative therapies is a strong advantage.
- Strong clinical assessment and patient care abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation practices.
- Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate across disciplines.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) and basic computer applications.
