Job Description :Handle all import shipments from shipment creation to deliveryCoordinate with internal teams (e.g. product lines, control tower) and external parties (freight forwarders, carriers)Prepare required documentation for customs clearanceReview documents from the sending location and arrange required authority approvals (e.g. FANR, e-DAS, ESMA, TRA, MOI, MOH, etc.)Request and follow up with origin countries for pre-alerts and update milestones in SAPCoordinate clearance instructions with agents and ensure timely deliveryKeep WME updated and maintain a well-organized shipment file systemArrange International Freight Invoice and COO, and gather clearance charges from agentsMaintain shipment reports including shipment number, declaration number, product line, agent name, and costsRespond to emails and ensure timely updates to stakeholdersRequirements2–3 years of relevant experience in logisticsStrong knowledge of customs laws, port regulations, and coordination with port authoritiesProficient in Microsoft ExcelStrong customer service skillsExcellent communication and analytical skillsTeam player with adaptability and a proactive mindsetQuick thinker with strong problem-solving capabilitiesLocations:Dubai (TP)Abu Dhabi (Mussafah)
