- Provide timely responses to tenant inquiries, complaints, and lease-related issues
- Assist in budgeting, data reporting, and tracking property KPIs
- Support process optimization initiatives within CRM and leasing workflows
- Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal departments
- Minimum 4 years of experience in UAE leasing or real estate customer service
- In-depth understanding of UAE real estate leasing regulations and best practices
- Strong contract drafting and administrative skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Yardi property management software
- Excellent communication, organization, and customer interaction skills
- High attention to legal accuracy, confidentiality, and professional standards
