Do what you love, care for the world, dare to challenge the status quo! #BELIMITLESS"Job DescriptionProvides excellent guest service in both F&B functions and meeting eventsSets up and tears down F&B functions as well as meeting events as requiredHelps maintain a clean and organized workplaceAssists the Outlet Manager with preparing for and executing functionsLeads a team of Servers for assigned functionsCoordinates, organizes and helps to give proper assistance to serversMaximizes productivity and efficiency of service staffEnsures that all aspects of the dining room/banquet facilities are readyAssigns tasks and performs opening and closing dutiesActively participates in the environmental program and department specific initiatives in working towards sustainable operationsTo be Health & Safety conscious and actively involved in maintaining a safe work environmentPerforms any and all other tasks, which are assigned by managementUpholds the highest standard of internal and external customer service at all timeAssist with other F&B functions and tasks as required.Assists with other responsibilities and duties in the absence of a team members or other tasks assigned by the manager.Follows all policies and procedures ascertained by the hotel.QualificationsWalking and standing are required during the working day.Good Command of English language and communication skillsMust be computer and system literateRequires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening and hearing ability and visual acuity and to fulfill cleaning tasks occasionally
