The ideal candidate should have a minimumof 15 years of hands-on experience in electrical systems installation, supervision, andcoordination in commercial construction or infrastructure projects.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and manage all electrical site activities such as cabling, control paneltermination, equipment electrical installation in commercial construction projectsCoordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure smoothproject execution.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.Monitor daily progress and prepare activity reports.Guide and mentor technicians and site workers.Ensure proper use of tools, materials, and equipment.Qualifications & Skills15+ years of experience as an Electrical Site Supervisor in commercialconstruction projectsExtensive experience in cabling, control panel termination, equipment electricalinstallation, and adhering to safety standardsMust have well-rounded and general MEP knowledge.Ability to lead teams and manage site activities independently.Managed teams of 40-50+Excellent communication and reporting skills.
