- You leverage the strengths of your account team by bringing in a distinct growth mindset and encouraging a deep understanding of client needs to ultimately grow the recurring SW license business through at least two lines of business (LOB's) significantly.
- Your leadership and ownership of the account are role model for the GridSW organization, gained from a 5-10 years proven experience working in a commercially focused Account Management/Director/Lead position. You may have already managed, coached and/or led a small team of Account Managers in a player/coach capacity or are looking for this next step up into leadership.
- You lead, coach, and facilitate communication between internal and customer teams to drive account growth towards a distinct goal while growing champions within the organization.
- You are demonstrating ownership by owning and executing account plans, strategies, and sales programs, and fostering customer intimacy that is built and nurtured with strategic growth accounts.
- Your product knowledge and ability to deliver excellent customer presentations are the key factor for your customer intimacy and high trust up t
- o C-level of your account.
- Your ability to gain in-depth insights in the customers strategy and investment plan allows you to identify and drive innovative and future-oriented projects. With your proven ability to map out accounts and align further strategic solutions you are able to solve business problems for the client.
- Your industry knowledge, your product knowledge, relationship building with C-Level, proactivity, and competence ultimately influence/shape strategic decision buyers are making.
- Ability to bring in relevant industry trends into the customer success stories on innovation and digital disruption by applying challenger mindset.
