SUHARA Group is recruiting Pricing & Operations Executives to join our logistics team and help shape competitive commercial strategies across our transport services. This role blends commercial pricing responsibilities with hands-on operational collaboration to ensure quotes are market-aligned and service delivery runs smoothly.Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement pricing frameworks that balance competitiveness with profitability across sea, air, and land freight.
Monitor market developments and competitor tariffs to refine pricing models and identify opportunity areas.
Perform customer and route-specific analysis to tailor pricing solutions that match client needs.
Lead negotiations with vendors and carriers to secure favorable rates and terms.
Ensure all pricing and operational activities meet regulatory and shipping compliance standards.
Work closely with sales, operations, and finance teams to streamline processes and improve service performance.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years UAE experience in pricing, operations, or a combined pricing/operations role within logistics.
Strong analytical capability with a track record of using market data to inform commercial decisions.
Proven negotiation skills and experience dealing with carriers, agents, or suppliers.
Solid understanding of logistics operations, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, targets-driven environment with close cross-functional interaction.
