- Teach Mathematics at upper high school/secondary level, fostering strong academic performance and critical thinking
- Deliver engaging lessons aligned with IB philosophy and inquiry-based learning approaches
- Use assessment data to track student progress and adapt teaching strategies for improved outcomes
- Provide personal support and guidance to students, creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Collaborate with colleagues in curriculum planning, teaching innovation, and student enrichment
- Participate in extracurricular and academic extension activities that promote student interest in mathematics
- Engage in continuous professional development, including IB training, to enhance teaching practice
- Uphold GEMS Education's values and commitment to high standards in teaching and learning
- Bachelor of Education in Mathematics, or bachelor's degree in Mathematics with PGCE/PGDE or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience teaching secondary Mathematics, ideally in IB or NCofE curriculum schools
- Strong subject knowledge and ability to inspire students with a love for learning mathematics
- Understanding of IB DP framework and Approaches to Teaching is preferred
- Proven record of outstanding classroom teaching and student outcomes
