We are seeking an experienced Payroll Section Head to take full ownership of payroll operations for a newly formed organisation. This is a unique opportunity to build and lead payroll processes from the ground up in a dynamic, future-focused environment.
  • Lead end-to-end payroll setup, processing, and administration
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and UAE labour regulations
  • Handle sensitive and confidential employee data with discretion and professionalism
  • Collaborate with Finance and HR teams to ensure seamless payroll integration
  • Support system implementation and optimisation, with a preference for Oracle Fusion

  • UAE National with Family Book
  • 7+ years of payroll experience, preferably in large or complex organisations
  • Strong working knowledge of Oracle Fusion or similar payroll systems
  • Proven ability to manage confidential data with maturity and integrity
  • Agile and adaptable in unstructured environments, with a solution-oriented mindset
