- Develop and maintain a robust Quality governance framework and process management strategy across the network to ensure operational excellence and key quality performance indicators. Establish a robust Quality Plan to guide operations and maintain consistency.
- Lead compliance with global regulatory requirements (e.g. FDA, EMA, MHRA, WHO, etc.) and ensure adherence to GMP, GDP, and quality standards. Conduct Quarterly Quality Review Boards to assess compliance and identify areas for improvement.
- Oversee quality risk management, identifying and mitigating risks related to product quality, supply chain, and distribution. . Implement preventive actions through analytics and trending to address potential risks proactively.
