This role is critical in ensuring the quality and reliability of modern cloud-native and GenAI platforms through robust testing practices.Candidates must be currently based in or open to relocating to Abu Dhabi.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test casesConduct functional, integration, performance, and security testingDevelop and maintain automation frameworks using Pytest, Selenium, or similar toolsPerform thorough API testing using tools such as PostmanIntegrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines in collaboration with DevOps teamsValidate GenAI/ML models for:Accuracy, fairness, and robustnessInput/output data integrityBias detection and mitigationTrack and manage defects using JIRA or equivalent toolsMentor junior QA engineers and enforce quality best practicesRequired Qualifications7+ years of hands-on experience in QA and automation testingStrong expertise with automation tools (e.g., Pytest, Selenium)Solid experience in API testing and validationFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps integrationIn-depth understanding of software testing methodologies and lifecycleExperience in both functional and non-functional testingExcellent communication and collaborative skillsPreferred SkillsExposure to testing AI/ML and GenAI systems, including:Model accuracy and performance validationFeature/data pipeline testingBias and robustness assessmentsFamiliarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCPWhy Join NorthBay Solutions?Work on next-generation GenAI, ML, and cloud-native technologiesBe part of a technically advanced and globally collaborative engineering cultureRelocation support and onsite project opportunities in Abu DhabiCompetitive compensation and career growth potentialA workplace culture that emphasizes learning, innovation, and ownershipPowered by JazzHR
