- Participate in structured six-month rotations across Leasing, Finance, Mall Management, Marketing, Retail Design and Delivery, and Sustainability
- Embark on a specialized 12-month placement in your chosen track to gain deeper expertise
- Assist with daily operational tasks and collaborate on strategic business projects
- Contribute to problem-solving initiatives and data-driven decision making
- Support internal presentations, reporting, and stakeholder engagement efforts
- Attend development programs, workshops, and industry events to expand your professional network
- Work closely with assigned mentors who will help shape your career trajectory
- Take part in innovative sustainability and digital transformation efforts within the business unit
- Must be a UAE National holding a family book
- Bachelor's degree (or in final year) in one of the following disciplines:
- Business Administration (Finance or Marketing)
- Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical)
- Real Estate, Architecture, Interior Design, or Sustainability
- Previous internships or short-term work experience is a plus
- Strong communication, analytical thinking, and interpersonal skills

- Fluent in English with excellent presentation and organizational skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
