- Conduct rigorous testing to validate structural safety and performance.
- Provide mentorship to junior engineers and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
- Support R&D initiatives and liaise with structural authorities when needed.
- 1015 years of composite experience in structural engineering.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Mechanical or Structural Engineering.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license mandatory.
- Expertise in both metal and advanced composite materials.
- Proficient in CATIA or similar CAD tools.
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and design methodologies.
- Capable of performing classical hand calculations and creating design spreadsheets.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to develop and assess test protocols aligned with engineering standards.
- A first-principles thinker with a commitment to excellence.
- Confident in challenging structural and production assumptions.
- Experienced in offering strategic feedback across multidisciplinary teams.
- Skilled in providing technical support to internal stakeholders and external authorities.
