QA/QC Manager - Bathroom and Kitchen PODs Fabrication - Dubai, UAE

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures specific to bathroom and kitchen POD fabrication.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards, project specifications, and approved quality requirements.
• Conduct in-process inspections at all fabrication stages, including structure, MEP, and finishes.
• Review and approve Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), method statements, and checklists.
• Coordinate with third-party testing agencies when required.
• Verify that all incoming materials and components such as fixtures, tiles, and plumbing meet approved specifications.
• Maintain traceability records and accurate QA/QC documentation, including NCRs, MIRs, IRs, and testing reports.
• Prepare and present weekly and monthly quality reports for management and clients.
• Monitor fabrication works for adherence to approved designs and shop drawings.
• Identify and address quality issues or deviations promptly.
• Collaborate with design, production, and site teams to resolve quality-related concerns.
• Liaise with consultants, clients, and certifying bodies for quality approvals.
• Lead final quality control checks before POD delivery to project sites.
• Support mock-up reviews, snagging processes, and final approvals for POD installations.
• Conduct quality audits and root cause analyses to prevent recurring issues.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance quality and minimize defects.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in QA/QC management, preferably in bathroom/kitchen POD or modular construction.
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards, fabrication processes, and quality management systems.
• Hands-on experience with ITPs, MIRs, NCRs, and other QA/QC documentation.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management software.
