- Keep common areas, meeting rooms, and pantry clean and tidy, including dusting furniture, vacuuming, and waste disposal.
- Deliver and collect mail, packages, and important documents within the office and potentially outside for external errands
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and other refreshments to staff and visitors.
- Assist with basic clerical tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
