Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Chairperson's calendar and organize meetings efficiently
- Draft correspondence and prioritize urgent communications
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Arrange travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, and transportation
- Conduct research and prepare detailed reports as required
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of integrity
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for smooth executive operations
- Bachelor's degree and/or MBA from a recognized institution
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in executive support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM
- Valid UAE Driving License is a plus
